While the property is a mobile home community, it lacks traditional yards. However, residents have access to a common field suitable for recreational activities and sunbathing. Furthermore, the mobile homes are relatively new. For inquiries regarding availability, please contact the property management.

SG community is more than just a place to stay, more like FAMILY. The intertwining community is very calm, serene and overall peaceful environment. Family oriented, diversified and kid friendly. Located within walking distance from heart of town. Affordable housing with renting or buying options. Most notable asset is the new management Mrs Kim!!! Under new management... JUST a park before, Now a wonderful community, its amazing!! Everyone looking out for each other, knowing their neighbors, a start to a real community of fellowship. A garden started, plans for summer night movies, community events...family is important and that's the feeling you have here.I love it! Big changes take time, but Mrs Kim is dang sure making it happen!!!
