I have lived here for several years & will never leave!! It’s a small complex, which I love, with beautiful well maintained grounds. The courtyard is gorgeous! The apartments are well maintained & updated, the manager is always accessible and responsive, and I’ve never had a problem with neighbors or noise. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Management has done alot to make my husband & my move- in exceptional. Some things had to be fixed, updated & we are very happy that there is only some minor details to still be done. Thank you, Thelma & maintenance for keeping us warm & safe!

#7 I'm reporting a very clean and safe place Maintenance is so clean and attentivte to the property . The management is very attentive to the safe running of this property . I'm so glad to be a tentant here. Live Pak Gardens is a very safe quiet place. The children play. Its good to hear children laughing and playing. I'm so glad to here. Thank you
