I was referred to Live Oak Allergy in February 2026. I was told by my doctor it might take a few weeks for them to call me, so I waited and called them in March. They never got my referral, so I had my doctor call a referral in again, this time copying me. Same email so I’m not sure how it “wasn’t received” the first time. The staff is always professional. I feel like I'm truly cared about and listened to as a patient. They go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of.

I drive an hour each week to get shots, I had to reschedule an appointment but nobody’s answering the phone. I’ve been calling for two weeks to try and reschedule and no one’s answered the phone from the Brunswick location. I missed two weeks of shots because of it. No one in the shot lab answered. The nurses won’t answer from their extension and the receptionist won’t answer from those. I’ve never missed a week before and now it’s two because people can’t do their jobs. Thanks guys.
