This company is possibly the worst I've ever had to deal with. Rent increases, CAM charge increases, no maintenance done to the building or grounds yet they always seem to find a way to try and squeeze another nickel from their renters. I had rented for 6 years with no issues from my previous landlord and then Live Oak took over and they've been nickel and dimeing us ever since.
