We recently stayed here for a conference and it was terrible! It was not cleaned before our arrival, the laminate floors in the bathroom weren’t glued properly the keys were for another apartment and we got locked out at 1am, we did not feel supported by the management but that we were bothering them. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms, the dispenser didn’t work and we ran out of toilet paper. I would leave zero stars if I could. I never got the opportunity to actually stay in the apartment I booked, because when I called this agency to ask a question about an unexpected charge, the "customer service" representative, who called herself "Shar Jackson" became hostile, threatened to cancel my reservation, and hung up the phone on me, without giving me a chance to speak, and then proceeding TO cancel reservation. 1) Cicilia the property manager is beyond rude! She is friendly before booking but doesn't care about your experience after that!!! She totally ignored my emails, texts, and calls just not to return the deposit money!!! 2) Black Mold Infestation on the windows. My other 4 friends and I stayed on their property in Santa Monica, CA from December 26th to 29th, 2017. We all started experiencing bad headaches and my friend’s Asthma was flaring up.
