TERRIBLE. I ordered from them in the past and they were great up until 2015. Now I have an order that they charged me for over 10 days ago, haven't shipped and haven't returned any messages sent via the site, calls or emails. I'm going to do what many others have done- obtain a refund via my credit card and let LiveLeanToday deal with the fallout from that.
I placed and order on May 31st, made an inquiry and they replied will ship in a week. As of today, I have not received any response from my numerous emails, nor have I seen a response to my request for refund. I, like a lot of the people on here, would just like to get my money back, or ship the product. If they would even respond, I would be willing to even change my order to have is shipped. NO, all they did was take my money and ran. I would suggest to anyone, keep your money and RUN: mthayes1 at hotmail Order #27325
I placed an order on the 18th of September and still do not have my order as of September 30th. I have messaged them several times and have not got an answer as to what the problem is nor have I got my money back.. I do not recommend this place. All I want is my money back or the order.
So basically I just got ripped off for $118 plus $10 more to ship the leaked products back. NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER, WOW!
I agree I am still waiting for an order placed on 12/22/14.
This company received an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. I ordered from them and have never received my order or a refund. Several others had the same experience, and never received a producat or refund. Check Live Lean Today on the BBB site and you will find out this is their normal practice. Do not order from this company.

They take your money, don't ship product and won't return calls or emails!
ordered 2 bottles of product - didn't receive what i ordered and was double charged on my credit card. No return call from service desk.
