Everyone who coaches and works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like they’re invested in you and your health. The classes make you sweat and I’ve started seeing results within a month!!
My biggest problem with going to the gym was that I lacked accountability. I didn't have anyone to push me so I never saw results. Joining Live Free Crossfit was the best decision I could make. Not only are the Zone Training classes very effective, but the environment is a very enjoyable one that keeps you coming back. Every day the workout is different.
