Dr. Keller is AWESOME! However, the accounting staff is not helpful, the statements never got to me. I finally received a notification that I have a statement on my portal, so I checked it and it said I owe $1,700 when I called to ask about it I didn't receive a call back... Called 3 times then finally Linda got someone to call me back. There was an "input error" making my new balance $200 something then the lady said "Due ASAP since it is already behind." This review is in response to REDHOT. You were quite rude when you came to the office. You actually physically threatened my office staff. I have not worn clogs in over 5 years and remember it is cold in February, so I would be wearing socks. It is unfortunate that this site allows this kind of reviews to be written. Please do not fabricate and tell lies.
Her staff ath the front desk was very dirty looking and rude also the front sitting area was dusty and filthy then Maria comes out looking worse then the staff hair ain't combed wearing clogs with no socks very unprofessional I would never go back she needs to shut down get better clean staff a cleaning team to keep her office clean then re open back up 50 robbing folks if they miss they appointment sad
Dr Keller is not bad. I received acceptable service. However BEWARE. Her accounting people are unorganized, unprofessional, have no integrity. You will be taken advantage of. You pay your insurance portions at the office at time of service and are charged credit card fees. Any balance due you never know about. No statements are EVER sent. I then received a year end statement for a $105 charge plus $11 "interest" with a demand note to pay by January 20th and the postmark was January 19th. Really??? Dr. Keller is an intelligent, thoughtful and easy to get along with practitioner. She delivered my son 7 years ago and literally saved his life! She deftly sensed and expertly diagnosed my difference from average pregnant women and instantly stopped everything to refer me to a perinatologist who diagnosed me officially with Factor V Leiden... a blood clotting disorder that kills and maims babies in the womb.
