Terrible company rude as can be on customer service -and very average products. Total attitude never would waste a dime with this brand again. What a coincidence that every bad review is about customer service LOL. Major attitude which is funny considering how much competition they have. Spend less time on advertising to new customers and make some effort at keeping the ones you get happy. In more than 7 yrs as an artist and trainer I have not been treated so horribly as a customer.

I’m so thankful for this company my suppliers arrive on time and wonderfully packaged
I would not recommend buying from this company. I have bought the new lash lift kit and brow lamination kit along with the tint kit and nothing works the way it is supposed to. First of all the tint bleaches the hairs which is quite the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. The lash balm does not hold the lashes to the lash rods and the solutions do not lift the lashes at all ( yes I have changed my timings).
