I used to be an ambassador for this company a few years ago and I stopped for a reason, but decided to give them a try again, I regret that decision . They DO NOT have good customer service or communication. I had placed an order on August 25 with an email saying it was shipped out on August 26. Terrible company rude as can be on customer service -and very average products. Total attitude never would waste a dime with this brand again. What a coincidence that every bad review is about customer service LOL. Major attitude which is funny considering how much competition they have. Spend less time on advertising to new customers and make some effort at keeping the ones you get happy. In more than 7 yrs as an artist and trainer I have not been treated so horribly as a customer.
