Not bad. Not amazing either. Just wasn't a great fit for me personally but I think that if I were in a hurry and needed a set without driving too far from home, I'd come here. Just a classic or hybrid though. Atmosphere is nice. Front desk is very kind. Lash artist was great. Only thing is my lashes weren't cleansed which was a little off putting to me. But maybe each client is different? Overall, not bad. But I think ill stick with the drive to Centennial Hills for now.
They always do a good job with my eyelash fill. Carmen and Kaylee are both great!
Kayla works at front desk .. comes out very condescending no emotion her demeanor is cold as if you should be intimidated doesn't smile & is short with you. How does someone hire a person & doesn't see how their personality is .. I assume fake it till you make it! Need to remember ... you are the face of the company! It doesn't hurt to greet & smile ... you won't fall over if you do!! Debra ALWAYS has a positive personality never seen her grumpy! STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYONE FROM UPPER MANAGEMENT ... A JOKE!
