Hallie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The complex was beautiful and I overall had a pleasant time.
I had such a great experience touring Livano Serenova with Rhea! She was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. She really knows the property and was able to answer all of my questions while showing me everything the community has to offer. Sadly, we were really less than impressed with the apartments. The size of the living room is that of a postage stamp. And the walk-in closets are huge, comparatively. If only they had used that square footage to enlarge the living area. If four people live there and two come to visit, they wouldn't all fit. Then, everything is extra. Parking, extra space to store anything and even an area in the club house, all extra. Either greedy builders or architects that don't live in the real world.
