Been here a little over 6 months . Staff is friendly, fast to act and they put on nice free events for us every month. It’s the little things that matter❤️
Any prospective renter should know that the Livano Oakwood complex is filled with Short-term rental and AirBnB type units. Many of your "neighbors" will be treating your home and community like a cheap hotel. Managment will do nothing to hear your concerns and will only back up these corporate entities renting out many of their units. They will also be sure to gouge you for as much cash as possible upon move out. Your security and pet deposits are meaningless, you will not see that money again.
