Livano has all that you need. Walking distance to grocery stores, pubs, hardware stores, convenient stores I mean you name it. The gym is spectacular, already canceled my Planet Fitness membership. Jessica & Sakina are great at their jobs, very thorough and a blast to get to know. My apartment feels like home. We've stayed at places that felt like a lot of wasted space but here it's nice and cozy. If you're going to pick a place to call home, Don't pass up on Livano...
I just toured Livano Cary and I am already so excited to make it my next home! Sakina was my leasing agent, and she was absolute perfection. She made me feel right at home from the very first moment, answering all my questions and showing me how amazing the community is. If you're looking at Livano, definitely ask for Sakina!
Sakina, has been a pleasure to work with she truly defines the definition of professional!!! She is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. The tour and explanation of the whole process was seamless.
Yea because what Cary needs are more $1900-$2000/month 700sq ft apartments. And that’s BASE rent. They have since removed all pricing from their website. And bragged about “free coffee” and “co-working space”. There are 3 Starbucks in less than a 2 minute drive of this complex, not the mention all the other local coffee shops. Not sure why a “free” coffee is better than affordable housing. If I’m paying almost $2000/month in rent for a 700 sq ft apartment, forgive me if I wouldn’t have a desire to be in a “co-working space” ... read more
