They tried to scam me and my insurance company. I booked an appointment, got a call saying the insurance does not cover it and they wanted me to come in and pay out of pocket, so I canceled the appointment. Later find out that they tried to file a claim with my insurance anyways and wanted my money out of pocket on top of that. I didn’t even go to my appointment so there’s nothing to charge for. Never going back there and reported for insurance fraud!
Joanne Hubley is a beautiful person. She is absolutely professional and caring. I am so blessed to have met her. I am grateful for her treatments that help me continue my daily practice of painting. As an artist I need the use of my hands to be in top shape! She helps me with my hands and with my back and neck!

They offered me an appointment with a student and failed to mention that I wouldn’t be able to claim through insurance. Only told me after when I went to pay, and had the nerve to tell me she mentioned it on the phone. I never would’ve booked the appointment. Absolutely unacceptable.
