RecommendedIt is so nice not to have to mow the lawn or plow the drive. It's done. Yes, it may be a bit expensive, but what I save in heat in the winter is a fairly good trade off. Do you have $40 heat bills during the winter? The pool is a wonderful perk as is the children's playground and we can keep our pets!!! As is having a giant living room/kitchen area in the clubhouse for birthday parties. I am going on my 8th year.
