Jessica provided a great service while being kind, patient and thorough. She spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me before I scheduled the appointment to answer all of my questions and make sure that I felt comfortable with her proposed plan for my hair. I’m dealing with grays coming in over a previous all over dark color.
