I got my first big chop today and I'm so happy with the way it turned out! I was nervous going in but ended up loving it. Shout-out to Ariana for making the process so enjoyable :) Will definitely be back again.

I was looking forward to my appointment at this salon, as I have a demanding schedule as a nursing student and was glad to find a time that fit. However, I later received a voicemail stating that I was no longer welcome due to a miscommunication involving a family member. This was both surprising and disappointing, as I have never even visited the salon myself. Refusing service to someone without direct involvement in an issue is highly unprofessional. I have been seeing Erica since 2017 or 2018 when Liv was still in their other location. She helped wean me off of color when I decided it was time to give up the ghost of trying to look younger. And even after the height of the pandemic, she was seeing me on Mondays, her day off when the salon is closed, to keep me safe. I now go on regular days, and she continues to mask for me and helps me schedule appointment times when the salon is less busy or takes me to the part of the salon where it is more private.
