I’m writing this as a warning to anyone considering this facility for imaging services — especially if you or your loved one struggles with claustrophobia, memory loss, anxiety, or other health-related vulnerabilities. A friends elderly father, who suffers from severe claustrophobia and is facing memory-loss issues, urgently needs an MRI. She called this facility to ask about scheduling a simple tour of their open MRI machine to help reduce his anxiety before the scan.
