No doctor present...unqualified staff
Florance is the rudest person I’ve ever met, the card reader wouldn’t except my Benny card and she would not see me unless I made a 1000 dollar payment. I was in the process of contacting my insurance and she come out in the lobby in front of everyone and was yelling at me, loudly saying my private information in front of everyone. RecommendedI have had nothing but amazing experiences with Florence Fon. She has helped me manage my pain so I am able to function and be a parent, wife and live my life. She listens to what I have to say, and truly cares about her patients. I recommend her to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and want their life back!

I don't know where to start with how great Florence and her staff are towards their patients. I have never had a Dr. treat me with so much compassion. I would recommend to everyone.
They kept postponing my appointment for over 3 months. They hide to break American disability of act (ADA) Law for not provide ASL interpreter. I end up gave up and switch another provider and got me appointment in one week.
It was a great experience all around! Staff is very friendly!
