Moved in from out of state. Since inquiring about availability, I was greeted by some very nice people . Natalie and Cole have been helpful with the move in process. After being here for about a month. I’ve notice that the regular maintenance and overall cleanliness in the community is great. The team members all seem to have a sense of pride working here. I was pleasantly surprised to see maintenance same day on a weekend for non emergency items. Overall have been pretty happy with my new apartment , and all the amenities.

Everyone on staff here is so friendly and courteous. The amenities are great. The people who live here are all really friendly. Out of all the luxury apartments we have been to this one takes the cake!
Cole was really friendly and warm. He toured us around to MANY different apartments that we wanted to see and he let us take our time, we never felt rushed. He helped us find the perfect one for our family and got us moved in quickly. We appreciated how patient the entire front office was with our young children. The friendliness of the staff really made us sure we were making the right choice moving here.
After living at Liv for a year we decided to renew. The complex does a great job of keeping up with amenities and is very responsive when you need anything. Cole helped us with our renewal and just want to give a shoutout because he was extremely helpful and attentive to our requests and inquiries throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!
