3/11/2025 update: Monica followed up to make sure the dryer is working to our satisfaction. I haven’t resubmitted the washer maintenance. I like that Liv Communities managers take their time to make sure maintenance is resolved. All of the office staff and maintenance are very professional and courteous. Very discriminatory when it comes to the application process. Office staff were not transparent at all. After reading the reviews it seems I have dodged a bullet making this place my home.
I get a bill notification from Entrata and when I go into my resident portal to pay, there’s an additional bogus fee “Rent reporting” for $14.95. This is ridiculous. That’s like if going to the doctor’s office and they charge a fee on top of your bill for printing out a medical report; which they don’t. Additionally, while maintenance staff are quick to respond and the office staff are nice, our appliance (refrigerator required 2 trips to get it fixed - no cooling, and then no freezer), and our dryer doesn’t dry our clothes ... read more
