We lived there from 2019 to 2021 and had no problems. I would recommend this apartment for its fun activities and safe walking trails. Wish I could have stayed longer. Posted a picture of my peaceful balcony
We lived at Liv Northgate for almost 2 years and only left because we were ready to buy a house. I can honestly give a 5 star review because I really have nothing bad to say about the apartments. We have lived in 2 other “luxury” apartments in Gilbert- both extremely mid compared to our experience at Liv. Price wise, it is extremely competitive to other apartments in Gilbert. I love Liv!!! Love the events, the maintenance team is amazing, not to mention the awesome leasing people. There are Liv loyal points that they give us for going to events that we can use at different stores. The gym and pools are my favorite!!
Where do I begin. Mold outbreak in master bathroom after living in apartment for 7 ish months. Pest issues, ie ants inside apartments. Dead pigeons and eggs around the complex bird poop over every thing ,My dog has eaten one dead bird here and he's only been here a couple months. I have a 16 month old who takes two naps a day and so because of that I have a sign on my door that says do not knock. Moved in from out of state. Since inquiring about availability, I was greeted by some very nice people . Natalie and Cole have been helpful with the move in process. After being here for about a month. I’ve notice that the regular maintenance and overall cleanliness in the community is great. The team members all seem to have a sense of pride working here. I was pleasantly surprised to see maintenance same day on a weekend for non emergency items. Overall have been pretty happy with my new apartment , and all the amenities.
