I've been at Liv for 5+ years and absolutely love it. The amenities are outstanding, the staff is incredibly friends, and I've never lived someplace that handles maintenance issues as quickly as Liv. The various activities (Happy House, Yappy Hour, Kids Club, Garden Club, etc) is the icing on the cake.
It is three pools, a hub center with billiard tables and kitchen with also a large television screen. It also has a very safe environment for walking at all hours of the night
