Staff seems very unorganized. Never received a call regarding my results of my annual exam. Then they randomly changed my follow up to a postpartum visit, and then called me 3 separate times to determine what the visit is for. It’s frustrating to have to deal with this with sensitive information

This was the worst care I've ever gotten in my life. My doctor was Rickivah Morgan. Labcore (in house) did two tests - both of them did not work. The phlebotomist was awful - pricking my arm 5 times and left a huge bruise on my arm that lasted two weeks. It was super painful. Dr. Morgan wrote the wrong prescription. I had to call to get my lab results twice (instead of them posting or letting me know). Dr. Morgan did not follow up to discuss them or let me know this.. Never had a long wait, loved Dr. Kressel and all of the nurses-- and phlebotomists are so great!
Dr. Marie Peters, made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and helped me feel calm and reassured about all of my concerns. Her care went beyond just being a doctor — she treated me as a woman, with genuine empathy, understanding, and respect. That truly made a difference in my experience.
