The provider canceled on my last minute and I did not receive any notification until I had already arrived at the clinic. Extremely rude receptionists who showed no sympathy or compassion for my inability to receive medical care. Not a reliable provider and do not recommend.

Doctors here have always been great but the front desk is terrible. I called in to get a prescription refilled and the person on the phone was clearly faking not being able to hear me and hung up. Called back and answered normally to my questions and conversation until I asked for a prescription refill Again, then immediately she started saying she couldn't hear me all of the sudden. I had a really weird encounter with Katherine Robbins, NP. She’s sweet but talked to me in a condescending manner. I thought about it, didn’t feel comfortable, and cancelled my appointment. She made a really rude comment during our call. Just so off putting. I miss the old NP that used to be there. It almost felt as though it was a race thing as I am black.

I thought that I was being sensitive, which is why I waited a few months to write a review, but after discussing with friends about their own experience, I decided that this was not normal. I went to this clinic 3 times and every experience was uncomfortable. Some positives about this clinic is the pain treatment options for IUD insertion that are not available at all places and the front desk staff is nice.
