I'm truly disappointed to be writing this. I've been a loyal client of SVIA for years, but unfortunately, today marked my last visit. On three separate occasions, their support staff checked me in and then left me waiting without follow-up—and it happened again today. Despite now living out of state, I made a special effort to book an appointment while I was in town. Dr. Liu and his entire team are incredible and supportive! He is very thorough in his assessment, and I am extremely happy with the results of my abdominoplasty procedure. It's allowed me to heal from long overdue injuries and return back to fitness with renewed vigor. He takes care to make sure all your concerns and fine details are addressed. I would highly recommend!
