Terrible receptionist. Doesn’t know how to explain instructions. Told me to wait to get checked but I was actually supposed to go to the clinic next door to book. Just wasted atleast 2 hours waiting for nothing. GP was excellent though but just the receptionist they need to be trained more.

医生很好，但是前台戴眼镜中年妇女态度极其恶劣，医生叫她过来帮忙，她弄不了，就说没必要弄，很不负责任。她认为病人没必要知道自己病情的具体情况，态度傲慢，而她只是个前台，还说她只做前台的工作。了连收钱都不主动
不要带小孩看，根本看不出来随便诊断，差点耽误治疗。草草了事开了药怎么吃话也说不清楚。
I am extremely dissatisfied with the unacceptable treatment for my mum, My mother attended the clinic two weeks ago, requesting a straightforward referral for physiotherapy.
