I found the staff at Dr.Liu’s among the most caring I've experienced. This to me reflects the atmosphere that he creates when dealing with his patients. From the time Dr. Liu came into the examine room, his concern and directness and clear explanations for my concerns eased my anxiety and I knew I was in trustworthy and safe hands. I would recommend Dr. Liu without question
I've been seeing Dr. Liu for several years now. Due to the fact that I'm 68 years old, I've seen my fair share of doctors. I mentioned to my wife as we were going down the elevator that I would put Dr. Liu in the top 2 or 3 that I've ever run across. My criteria would be personality, sincerity, knowledge and patience in answering questions
Dr. Liu was very personable and professional. He was thorough and took time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail as necessary. The staff is courteous and friendly. Overall just a nice environment and positive experience at his office.
Dr. Liu was a very good listener and really wanted to find a solution to help me. I would not hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a top notch neurologist, Dr.Liu is the one.
The doctor barely did anything to help me, the nurse is rude and they sent my bill to collections even after paying them on time every single month! Not a happy patient. I am going to a different doctor now.
This neurologist is very kind and knowledgeable. He thoroughly diagnosed my condition and ensured adequate follow up
He spent very little time with me, less than 10 minutes. I had difficulty understanding his English, probably because he speaks to fast. I was having issues after my stroke so he ordered an EEG done in his office. I don't believe it was done right, but it was normal and he gave me Donezipil for memory. I couldn't take the drug the side effects were too strong and he said that it was normal for me to have memory issues after a stroke. His staff are horrible. Don't recommend.
He doesn't spend enough time with I felt he was rushed and had to see the other patients. He never really answered my question or offered information. He always wanted to put me on some medicine.
I feel like I was just blown off. Every time I had questions or needed something explained to me. He told me just to get another Dr. He was not sure how to treat me.
