I got rear ended about a month/month and a half after I got my new (used) car, and kinda felt defeated and accepted that I was going to have a weird looking bumper forever, never did I think that anyone could make it look brand new… Litwin did exactly that though, looks exactly like the day I got it, so thank you I couldn’t have asked for a better job done. Also if there were any issues, they weren’t ever the shop’s fault (part delays, MPI delays) and they always communicated it to me ASAP! 5/5 stars
Excellent service, great shop, down to earth and honest. We had a collision with our newer Honda CR-V Ex, brought it in - shop looked inviting and everyone was friendly. But that isn’t why I’m giving them 5 stars. The work looks great, car feels like new, and we didn’t have to wait forever for the work to get done. I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to this time. Great work, great experience for both my wife and I. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know! See the pic- just a great job!
100% do not recommend, I had an MPI claim, brought it to the shop. They didnt have a courtesy car even though we specifically talked about it on the phone. after the work was done they contacted me to tell me they had only done part of the work and I needed to bring it back. They stated theyd let me know when they had a courtesy vehicle so I could bring it back. Its been 3 months and they havent replied despite me reaching out to them. Only positive thing I can say is atleast they washed my vehicle.
