They were very laid back, but still maintained a professional approach. The dress is perfect! They also have a much larger selection of "plus size" than anywhere I've been!
My daughternlaw to be along with me and my niece were there a couple months ago. Found THE DRESS. It was beautiful. The older lady was very rude and the younger lady didn't speak. Needless to say we didn't get the dress there
