my future daughter in law bought her dress there....love the dress...but they promised her a free veil with the dress. Did not have a veil to match but was told they was going to market in August and would get it for her then and call when they got back from market. They now dont remember this. The older lady told us she got a free bag and veil with the gown.

I came into this place and couldn't even view the gowns had to look through a book. And then was told to not let the dress hit the floor,dont touch the buttons etc worse experience ever. I feel so bad for the girl that has to work there she was so sweet and helpful. but anyways I went to Annies room in kingspoet was treated with respect and great customer service. I'm sorry but you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
My soon to be daughter in law was treated very rudely when LOOKING for her wedding gown! Shop locally! Not at this store! No wedding gown or brides maids gowns from this store
I highly recommend Litton’s to anyone looking to buy a prom dress. They are very helpful and have a wonderful selection to choose from. This makes the 2nd year in a row that they have found the perfect dress for my daughter.
Horrible customer service, made to feel unworthy to even be looking. Sorry we bothered you! Drove over an hour to check your place out! So happy we shopped at other places in Virginia and found other amazing boutiques whom were thankful for the business! Thankful the bride to be found an amazing dress at another boutique in Fort Blackmore Va.
I have had the most phenomenal experience with the women at Litton’s. For my bridal appointment, they had set up an adorable welcome station and took the time to find the best dresses for me to try on. In fact, it was the owner, Carolyn, who recommended the dress I ended up buying! She has a perfect eye for colors and style, and she will not let you walk out with a dress that doesn’t truly look good on your body. Thank you for helping make my wedding perfect!
