I rented over 13 years ago from the company and didn’t have a bad experience until moving out. I had spent hours cleaning to ensure I would get my deposit back. I had rented for 3 years and only had one service call the entire time - thinking this is all in my favor, plus I had noted how dirty the place was on moving in that I had to spend hours cleaning then too. I highly recommend working with Littleton Real Estate Company. They have managed my property for over 20 years and are absolutely stellar in the level of detail and their personal and relationship style of working with both landlords and tenants. They are always one step ahead of everything including recent legal changes in the Colorado law pertaining to real estate and landlords.
