If I could I'd give negative stars although the women who work within this company are very helpful and kind it's the landlord himself Kurt who gives it a bad experience not only is he extremely rude but he does everything half ass and cheap charging an arm and a leg for everything even normal wear and tear so you don't get your deposit back
I was a renter where Littleton were my property manager. I understand other units might have different situations, but we lived in a nice apartment in city park and my experience with them was incredibly fair. They were quick to respond to service issues, helped us out with some things in the apartment that were outdated, and were fair to us in our move out process.
Move-in Condition:The second bedroom had dried cat feces, the doorways were torn up from cat claws, and there was a persistent odor of pet urine in the dining room upon move-in, which took days of cleaning to sanitize. Having to pay to clean this at the end of the lease was a real slap in the face because the carpet was clearly beyond it's intended life so essential once we moved out the carpet was in better condition that when we moved in, which is a mute point because it should be replaced as the damage is beyond what a no... read more
Great place
I rented over 13 years ago from the company and didn’t have a bad experience until moving out. I had spent hours cleaning to ensure I would get my deposit back. I had rented for 3 years and only had one service call the entire time - thinking this is all in my favor, plus I had noted how dirty the place was on moving in that I had to spend hours cleaning then too.
