If I could I'd give negative stars although the women who work within this company are very helpful and kind it's the landlord himself Kurt who gives it a bad experience not only is he extremely rude but he does everything half ass and cheap charging an arm and a leg for everything even normal wear and tear so you don't get your deposit back REPLY TO OWNER: I see the owner response but it's funny how they don't mention how they kicked me out for not paying my water bill after it was in my name and they told the construction ... read more

I was a renter where Littleton were my property manager. I understand other units might have different situations, but we lived in a nice apartment in city park and my experience with them was incredibly fair. They were quick to respond to service issues, helped us out with some things in the apartment that were outdated, and were fair to us in our move out process.

Move-in Condition:The second bedroom had dried cat feces, the doorways were torn up from cat claws, and there was a persistent odor of pet urine in the dining room upon move-in, which took days of cleaning to sanitize.
