My kids have seeing Dr Kautz since they were born 20 years to be exact. me and my husband see Dr Zirkle as well. I love the staff.
Staff was enthusiastic, kind, and capable. Test results were phoned to me quickly.

This facility lack the morality of caring for patients when it comes to transparency of billing. If you tell them you have insurance they will not give you any indication of the charges. They have a facility fee and will not disclose this fee upfront to allow you to make an assessment of affordability 30 mins in the facility resulted in $5000 of charges. Performed tests that they did not consult about.
I love Steamboat Emergency Center ! My young daughter had a high fever and within moments they had us in a room and we were treated with attention and care. I would recommend them to anyone! We are so lucky to have a facility like this in our community !
Beware of GETTING RIPPED OFF HERE! My daughter arrived here in pain looking for help when no other Dr's office in town was open. She asked what the cost was and they refused to tell her it costs $3385 just to walk in the door before treatment. If you have a high deductible they don't care, be warned!!!
