Bobby at the front desk reception was one of the most rude and unprofessional individuals I have encountered at CU. We were told to leave our child behind, which has never happened at any other clinic. Throughout the interaction he was sighing loudly and dismissive, which was completely inappropriate in a healthcare setting.
My wife and I had such a disappointing scan from start to finish. We came in with our two year old for a scan, and were never told that that wasn’t allowed. Throughout the whole scan, the ultrasound tech named Tara (maybe Tera?) was clearly in a bad mood but said nothing. At two different points, my wife expressed that she was in pain during the scan, and Tara said nothing and rolled her eyes. I hadn't had a poor experience here until the tech who did my 24 week scan. I was referred by my OBGYN since I have high-risk mo-di twins and need MFM monitoring. I've been seeing them since 17 weeks every 2 weeks. I have seen a different tech/doctor each time, which is not a problem - everyone is super professional/polite. UNTIL I had Michelle do my 24 week growth scan and echo.
