Warren is a nice guy, and so is his crew. We had them come in to paint a fairly empty house before we moved in. Overall, the job was done and it is fine. Their cost is reasonable. However I have spent so much time already filling in nail holes that should have been filled before painting, retouching paint where it wasn’t done well, finding countless streaky spots that need a second coat, scraping paint off counters, floors, glass, and tile. Warren is a local, knows the community and is great to work with. He knows what colors work with the local architecture and has a great handle on how to work with the various neighborhood HOAs. His crew is FAST and courteous and do great work. Our paint looks great and the couple of carpentry repairs needed on our siding were executed with skill. Give Warren at Littleton Painters a call. Twelve years ago Littleton Painters painted the outside of our house. They did a great job and it’s a testament to the quality of their work that the paint job has lasted this long. It probably would’ve lasted even longer but we decided to have a change in color, so we went back to them. Once again they did a great job painting our entire house and fixing trim where needed. The owner, Warren, was very helpful in guiding us to pick a new color. We’re thrilled with the result.
Littleton Painters did great, detailed interior work (basement walls, stairwell, doors, and trim). We rehired them after they did excellent work with our exterior a few years ago. I highly recommend!
Have used Warren a couple times to paint our house and no complaints. Priced fair, quality work, done on schedule. Was able to answer our questions and help with picking the colors.
