Worst customer service I have ever had . The front office guy can’t keep his word. Got told it would take a week. Been a week and a 2 days . I have called couple time to find out and really don’t get a answer but get told he would call me back and doesn’t call me . Seem like they haven’t even touch my truck, it was in the parking lot and now it’s on the side of the road.. I am not happy and I am about to pick up my truck and have it towed somewhere else. RecommendedLove this place. Saves me a ton of money, easy scheduling and shuttle service, constant communication, and quality work. Not to mention there are a couple of places less than 150 feet away to grab food/drinks should you choose to wait.
Very efficient! Took less time than estimated! And I enjoyed the coffee and free snack while I waited!
Littleton auto is great to work with! They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I also appreciate their Shuttle service to work- it makes getting my car worked on very convenient!
Terrible service and rude as hell This is after I spent $4100 on repairs and the engine light is still on!! The jerk slammed my door and almost slammed my arm in it Greedy just like all the others Next stop BBB

They screwed up and rolled the gaskets on my BMW. it's never ran correctly since and because they aren't honest they proceeded to put me down for owning it! They lied about driving it over a hundred miles trying to recreate it and when I went to pick it up the mileage did not match them saying they drove it! The gas mileage till empty didn't lie! It's still running rough and I'm disabled!! They charged me over $950.00+ dollars to replace the valve cover gaskets, flush the breaks because they said it's dirty and change the oi... read more
