RecommendedWe have had a wonderful experience with Littleton Animal Hospital. Dr. Kara was so sweet with our golden Casco, and we really enjoyed working with the other vets and techs too. We lost Casco to cancer a week ago, and we wanted to say thank you for all the wonderful care you provided us over the years. I brought in an injured goose recently and although he could not be saved due to the severity of his injuries, I applaud the staff for being prepared to care for him and for allowing me to bring him in immediately.
Very nice, knowledgeable people. They care for exotic animals too and all the vets see all the exotic species. Other vets say they can take exotics but only one vet sees that particular animal. I take all three of my ferrets and I used to take my hedgehog as well until she got cancer had had to be put to sleep.
Such an amazing visit with Dr. Brooks today! My little Francesca (guinea pig) was so nervous, and Dr. Brooks was incredible with her. Totally put this fur-momma at ease too! Highly recommend. ☺️
Littleton only gets the pleasure of meeting my rats when it's their time to cross the rainbow bridge... but each time I bring one in, they are greeted with the warmest welcomes, hugs and tears. The team working at LAH truly cares for your animals and small, misunderstood exotics just as they would for one of their very own. I consider them family as they grieve with me each time another small life is lost.
