RecommendedI highly recommend this wonderful veterinary practice for your animals at home. The staff treats everyone like they are family and treats clients and patents with care. Here you get one on one attention with the vet techs, and doctors who answer and help you beater care for your animals, this is one of the best veterinary places around.
Our dog started developing signs of kennel cough, and our usual vet was closed for a holiday. We had called the emergency vet in Westford and were told it would be a 5+ hour wait. Littleton animal hospital was able to get us in for a same day appointment. The staff is friendly, reassuring and incredibly caring. I’m so thankful to have such a great animal hospital so close to home. Thank you Dr. Cox, Declan and crew for taking such great care of our dog!

Yesterday was my first time bringing my new baby guinea pigs to the vet, and while I couldn't go inside due to covid I still had a great experience. The price was a little high (at least for me personally since I work part time, maybe not compared to other animal hospitals?) but I think it was worth it knowing my babies were in the hands of such nice and professional staff! Everyone on staff is professional, highly skilled, and very caring. You know you've picked the right place, when everyone goes out of their way to show your pet some TLC to help them relax, and the doctor calls does a minor surgery on a Wednesday, calls on Thursday & Friday to check on your pet at home, and again on Sunday when biopsy results came in, so you wouldn't have to wait till Monday.
we have ferrets and the staff is excellent. there are other vets closer but beside TUffs animal hospital we won't go anywhere else. i can't say bad thing about this place.
