I am so pleased with Dr. Harris! I have never met a Dr that listened as well as he. The whole staff is friendly and they work efficiently and effectively. I have never had a bad visit and have always left knowing I was cared for. Thanks you guys for all you do for Jay and I.
I like Shawna Charles, she is an ARPN that works there. She is smart, listens and investigates. I would give a 5 but my first appointment was scheduled I thought with a doctor but it was not and to this day have not met him.
Got in the day we called. Doctor was very helpful. Front desk lady was sweet. I'd give it 5 stars but it was a long wait once inside the room.
My husband went in to get his DOT physical for his CDL, the doctor wouldn't even see him because he has had surgery on his wrist and has a pin in it...which has been in there for 8+ years, he's had his CDL for 15+ years and never had an issue with this previously anywhere else and has always kept up on his medical card. He now has to take time off Monday to go get his physical elsewhere.
Made an appointment over the phone 2 weeks ago.Pulled my daughter out of school early , just to arrive and tell us they don't accept our insurance. Receptionist said they have been having this issue a lot where people with Unitedhealthcare aren't accepted there in less the insurance comes from a place of work not Washington Apple.
