We bought our home from Little Valley for a home away from home up North. Chris and his team were very easy to work with. We had many additional requests for the house that Chris helped accommodate that turned out well. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Any issue we have had since purchasing has been taken care of quickly. Chris has also been a continued great resource for recommendations of service professionals in the area to include cleaners, electricians, and HVAC professionals. Thanks again!
Waited one full year to review, so as to get a real feel of the home. Exceptionally well built, no problems. One very minor furnace problem which was immediately solved to my satisfaction. No settling cracks in drywall, or leaks in plumbing. Outstanding craftsmanship in the stick built additions to the home, including garage, screened in porch and deck. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and handled the entire project, including well, power, propane and all required permits. Highly recommend!
