Review is based off price. Hard to believe in my situation it's cheaper to build a new home. Which is absolutely surprising to me. Other than that staff was friendly. Just wouldn't recommend to anyone. Just my opinion

We bought our home from Little Valley for a home away from home up North. Chris and his team were very easy to work with. We had many additional requests for the house that Chris helped accommodate that turned out well. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Any issue we have had since purchasing has been taken care of quickly. Chris has also been a continued great resource for recommendations of service professionals in the area to include cleaners, electricians, and HVAC professionals. Thanks again!
