This is the top seller for moble homes in the area. Great variety.
Dont be fooled by anything. Keep an eye on your build.. I was told there would be insulation between the two half of the house.. there was not. No electric boxes in the walls for any outlets or switches. Just held in by silicone. The quality you are paying for is not there. The vinyl flooring in the kitchen was stretched to tight. So in the hummid days the floor will have huge bubbles in it. The house is literally built out of 1x2s.
Highly recommend! Very professional! Cant say enough great things about the entire staff and people that they contract! Home was assembled in a very timely manner, it went quicker then expected! They went above and beyond our expectations. Even went out of there way many times to meet, and make it all happen when we couldn’t! They make it happen!!!! What a dream come true for me and family! Review is based off price. Hard to believe in my situation it's cheaper to build a new home. Which is absolutely surprising to me. Other than that staff was friendly. Just wouldn't recommend to anyone. Just my opinion
