I've lived here for over 4 years and it's been more than home to me. It's been a place of solitude and safety. The original owners went out of their way to make Little Tuscany a place for residents to be proud of. Holiday gatherings with food, amazing decorations, lovely landscaping, and outstanding customer service were paramount. I had plans of this being my long-term "home". Stay Away, I will start by saying they will do everything they can to keep your deposit. My place was spotless but they still felt that warranted not only keeping my $500 deposit but also tried to get more. After a month of talking I finally had to file a claim in small claims court. If anyone else has issues reach out to me at aegisdepositfraud@gmail.com and I can help you to file your own case. Who knows, maybe we get enough we can just file a class action?
