Did not wait for response on work to get done and I really didn’t have the money to pay for it, but I was told since we didn’t hear back from you we did it. Replaced wheel locks with regular lug nuts without being asked to. I used it not even a month ago when I had to get a tire replaced and it worked fine, but now it’s bad. If you go here tell them not to do the work until you authorize it apparently that’s a new business practice.
