I'm very disappointed in the service in which I received at this location. I was told my truck needed an alignment. The next day I drove my truck it began to tremble on I 95. I returned to Little Tire the gentleman there said I needed a tire so I brought a tire and the truck once again started trembling. I returned to them and they said it wasn't the alignment, he said I then need a tire balancing done. I said but you didn't informed me of this in the beginning. There are many things that can cause a vehicle to "tremble". I see where we did an alignment and 2 tires on your Ford Explorer at the same time. Your review sounds like they were done on different days? I did not see the tires myself but I assume they were in bad enough shape to need replacing. The Alignment is to make sure the tires wear correctly. You may still need to balance the other 2 tires. If this does not solve the problem then you could have a brake or engine tune up problem. I have had great service from the Rt3 location, so I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience from the Princess Anne location! It was explained to me to be a misdiagnosis but they went ahead and fixed what they determined the right issue to be before calling to let me know. Feeling skeptical of what had taken place I spoke with another mechanic who says,"the misdiagnosis would have only occurred if the mechanic didn't know what they were doing."
