I have had great service from the Rt3 location, so I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience from the Princess Anne location! It was explained to me to be a misdiagnosis but they went ahead and fixed what they determined the right issue to be before calling to let me know. Feeling skeptical of what had taken place I spoke with another mechanic who says,"the misdiagnosis would have only occurred if the mechanic didn't know what they were doing."
