RecommendedVery patient with Special Needs kids and an honest professional, if your kid does not needs a procedure he will not do it... Period . We have been going for last 3 years after having suffered at couple of other Pediatric dentists and are thankfull to god for having such wonderfull doctors around. A great first experience for our two-year-old at Little Teeth Princeton on Quakerbridge Road in Lawrenceville! Toddlers, are not always the best with people they don't know well, especially if they are wearing white coats and gloves! Dr. Iyer and his team were on time and got us started quickly. They explained the purpose of the visit and let our daughter know what to expect before they checked her teeth and brushed her teeth. I would not recommend on our first appointment at 18months the dentist told me that my daughters two bottom teeth had cavities that they needed to be either capped, pulled or have black put on them. I didn’t want to do that since she was so young. At the second app they said her teeth were perfect no cavities. Which was unbelievable since at her previous app they want to do drastic measures. They are great with special needs children. They know how to talk to your child and put them at ease.
The best decision we made was switching to this practice a few years ago! Dr Iyer and his staff are amazing! He is very honest and caring. My son had a major fear of going to the dentist because of a bad experience at another practice, and he now loves going thanks to Dr Iyer! We drive over 45 min to go here and it’s so worth it! I trust Dr Iyer and know he will always put my children’s best interest first. The office is so clean and beautiful! His staff are sweet and my kids love them too. ♥️ Dr Iyer is the best around !

My daughter has a lot of anxiety after a bad dentist experience somewhere else they were so patient with her! She left with a smile instead of tears the staff is amazing!
