Ordered online through Beyond Menu. Hour and half later the restaurant’s phone is continually busy (no call waiting?? In 2018?!) and beyond menu won’t call me back. Usually love the food, but if you can’t depend on delivery...probably lost a customer. Had to cancel as I got no response from the restaurant or Beyond Menu.
Horrible customer service. Ordered from online menu which had a completely different description of the dish. Got home and it’s missing key ingredients. Called about this. Owner says It no longer has chicken or cucumbers. So its basically noodles. Its noodles and sauce with some carrot and green onion, not mentioned on menu. She said they changed a long time ago and wud do nothing for me. On a $6.50 dish. Argued with me for 5 mins before I hung up.
