Maybe I came on a bad night, but service was terrible.
I was just in Chengdu this spring and the smell and flavor is very familiar and correct. Their Sichuan BBQ taste just like we would get from the street vendor outside our apartment.
Hot pot is an awesome eating experience with your friends. Ala carte is the way to go for vegetarians. Spend the evening and enjoy the spices!
