Poor poor poor service!!! Took my younger sister there for her birthday and we got nothing but awful service. It's $29.99 per person plus they automatically added 16% tips to your bill. My bill was over $150.00 for 4 of us. If you guys going to charged me $20 plus tips on my bill I expected good services. This will be my first and last time there and I will not recommended this place to any of my family or friends.
We’ve had hot pot before but not here. It was a great first experience here. The staff was friendly and showed us how to order from their AYCE or À la cart menu. The broth was really good, especially the chicken broth. Really enjoyed it. Will be coming back.
Omg...this place sucks. 1st time customers n never again. I know it's hot pot, but still need alittle direction. If u do the buffet, they only come take ur order once n u have to look for them to place a second order. I would understand if they were busy, but come on. We were the only customers in there. Didn't come n ask how we were doing, how was the food, etc..if the gratuity wasn't already included, i would not have given anything. Worst customer service.
If you love beef, attack the beef! If you like lamb, attack the lamb! Meat always first. Save the noodles and veggies for last. Enoki mushrooms are a must. Avoid pork and chicken. Super Mala always! The customer service was excellent. UPDATE: It was my first time so I didn't realize that when you order a certain special, you get lamb.

Very good and authentic! Can select mild and hot for mixed tastes. You can make your mild spicier with added condiments
The staff was very friendly and super courteous to us hot pot newbies. We chose the all you can eat but really should have just gone the a la carte route as their portions are quite large. Overall a fun and delicious experience.
