Update: I read the reply and I call bs on that. If I was late in cancelling several times previously -which I wasn't - why did I never receive a $50 bill? Why did no one ever tell me I had late cancellation fees? That's the policy, no? A $50 fee? When I called a few weeks ago appointments were made for all 3 of my kids and not 1 mention of "oh, hey we show you owe us several late cancellation fees" Nothing. Never have I EVER been told that.
