It was my mistake to come to this place. I brought my daughter to their speech therapist Frida for a speech evaluation that includes oral mechanism evaluation. When I asked to do the oral evaluation as I was very worried about my daughter’s speech delay, she refused to do it telling that my daughter won’t come to her next time. I have no idea how ppl had a negative experience here, after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and I’m so happy I did. Originally bought my grandma after a lengthy hospital stay and they were able to rehabilitate her back with speech, physical and occupational therapy. The front desk was very professional and pleasant, therapists truly cared for her and you could see it wasn’t just a job for them. Terrible front desk administrator. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone. If I could give zero stars I would . I had recent visit was very disappointed in administering during Covid. Will not be visiting in the future . They need to be up to date and take caution during this time. I felt VERY unease.
