Devyn drives to my son's preschool to have his session. It provides convenience for parents that want to have more time for themselves. She also is fast in responding to my texts which is easier than emailing. Two most important reasons why we went with the company vs other providers.

Not even a failure to launch—this felt more like a refusal to treat my son. Devyn canceled the initial visit. She said she was going to be sick the next day. Not a big deal, but I still question how people can guess being sick 36 hours in the future. The next week Devyn cancelled again, letting us know outside of her apparent window to rectify the situation, that we hadn’t filled out the pile of paperwork on her portal in time.
