Devyn drives to my son's preschool to have his session. It provides convenience for parents that want to have more time for themselves. She also is fast in responding to my texts which is easier than emailing. Two most important reasons why we went with the company vs other providers.

Not even a failure to launch—this felt more like a refusal to treat my son. Devyn canceled the initial visit. She said she was going to be sick the next day. Not a big deal, but I still question how people can guess being sick 36 hours in the future. The next week Devyn cancelled again, letting us know outside of her apparent window to rectify the situation, that we hadn’t filled out the pile of paperwork on her portal in time. We recently graduated from Little Spark Speech and we will really miss Devyn! She came to our home weekly to help my son with articulation issues. She is so positive, upbeat, and great with kids. She had so many ways of keeping my son engaged, even when he was feeling silly or tired. For example, she planned speech scavenger hunts in our garden even when it was hot outside.
