Little & Sons Management Company is appropriately named - they do very very little indeed. Owner Dan Little was unaware of the current San Diego Fire Code (adopted by EDCO) that entry gates must be 20 feet wide. Our entry is just 10 feet wide. The Homeowners figured it out and identified contractors to demolish our existing gate and install a compliant access to our community. Essentially absent customer service. I've been emailing and calling consistently about a parking safety issue for more than 2 months. Never a return call. Our HOA needs to replace this abysmal management company.
No customer service whatsoever. You can leave messages until you're blue in the face. No one calls back. But they know how to cash the checks you send them.
Dealt with this company for 15 years as an owner/resident. Very responsive, issues always handled, great follow-up - little and sons listens to the residents and takes action without any unnecessary meetings, votes, drama etc…
Horrible customer service. Ignores emails, calls and basic maintenance and repairs.
