We took my son to Little Smiles yesterday, he's 3 years old and he had to have some extensive work done. Needless to say I was more than nervous for him since they were putting him under. His teeth had been bothering him and so we had to get it fixed. It was costly, we were shocked when found out all the work that had to be done. We had a long day waiting for him but I have to say the staff is great and it's a very comfortable place for kids and adults. We received terrible, negligent service. The office person, Emerald is a lying witch with a capital b. If you're into being reacheduled due to no fault of tour own, and not receiving accurate quotes (by Emerald) or not receiving doctor services as promised, then definitely go here. Otherwise...run from this place. They treat their wallets before their patients. Terrible, unethical service here.
Would never take my kids anywhere else. Dr. J and the entire staff are great
