Been taking my daughter here for years and have become accustomed to receiving professional, friendly service. This office does not possess nor does it enforce science based guidelines when working with its patients (specifically as it relates to COVID19). I've asked for my money back as I have paid in-full, in-advance for my daughters orthodontic treatment. My refund request for services NOT rendered has been denied. RecommendedI have been going to little smiles since my children were small and have always had a wonderful experience. I was extremely excited when they expanded their business and now offer adult dental care. They have a WONDERFUL staff and Dentists. I highly recommend them!
Today was the first time I took my son since we moved to Yucaipa and he did amazing!!! He was really comfortable talking to all the staff and I love how they went with him step by step as what they were going to do to his teeth. They answered all his and my questions and concerns! Thank you! I really loved our service! Really recommended!
As a military spouse, it is hard to find a great dentist for our family. It’s been almost a year since we have started coming to Little Smiles and I am completely happy with the way they have treated myself and our son. The staff is always courteous and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are doing well during our appointments. I was so nervous going to the dentist but then I met the hygienist, she instantly made me feel so comfortable. I was also comfortable with Dr. O.
Would definitely recommend this place. Delaney was so nice and patient with me , all other stuff super friendly as well .
